How are the websites made?
Our websites are built by hand, from the ground up, using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. None of the work you see being published by Rock Solid was created using website editors like Wix or WordPress.
How are the websites hosted?
At additional cost, we now offer hosting and subdomains. Hosting and subdomains are a one-time purchase, however, we reserve the right to take websites down, should the business find reason to. (example of subdomain: yourbusiness.rocksolidinc.site)
How does maintenance/retainer agreement work?
Our maintenance contract is paid on a monthly basis and offers full support for website maintenance; it does not include full reworks. Examples can be: adding new items you sell, small updates for seasonal themes; updated advertisements or banners on your website. Essentially, we offer to keep your website up to date, within reason.
What services do you offer for graphic design?
Our graphic design services include, but are not limited to: Business Cards, Advertisements, Posters, Album Covers, Logos and Thumbnails.
How are your graphic design services priced?
The difference between a "Small Design" and "Large Design" isn't a matter of size, rather the complexity and detail of the design. For example, a simple minimalist business card will be classified as a small design, but an animated GIF advertisement will be a large design.
