Payment is made via invoicing. Before we begin working on your project, you are required to sign a contract and pay a down payment of 50% of the agreed amount. No work will begin until this is completed. Down payments are non-refundable, as they cover the time and effort our designers invest before project completion.

We offer to maintain your websites and keep them updated. These changes will be made within 72 hours of the request, if the request allows it. Does not include full website re-works. (If no edits are made you will still be charged, minimum 90 day subscription.)
